In the TerraX marketplace, a listing tax is applied only when an item is successfully sold. Users can choose their listing duration, with different tax rates based on the time frame:
12 hours: 0.5% tax
1 day: 1% tax
2 days: 1.5% tax
3 days: 2% tax
